Rank Testing Application

Belt exams are INVITATION ONLY events.  Students must have their instructor approval before starting the testing process. Testing fee: $60.00 cash or go to PayPal to pay Link.  Students will be required to produce their grading record book with payment on the last class before the date of the test.  If you have lost this, we can replace it for a $35 fee submitted with a passport size photo. Payment is due at time of submission.
